SPICY PEANUTS/ENNAI KADALAI




INGREDIENTS :

Peanuts - 2 cups
Salt
Chilli powder / Sambar powder
Asafoetida
Oil

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

1) Fry peanuts till roasted till golden brown in a spoon of oil .
2) Add salt and chilli powder and roast till the raw smell leaves . Cook only in a slow flame.
